Patient’s centered approach in prisons and follow up of released TB patients from Moldavian Prisons
Project period: 2018-2020
Within the framework of this project, social support and public health services were implemented for prisoners released from prisons in order to complete TB treatment.
The project is carried out with the financial support of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and the Soros Foundation Moldova.
